A weekend or a day trip in the Ardennes? You can't miss the Saint-Hubert Forest! It has over 1,500 kilometers of hiking trails, meaning there's something for everyone.
Our favorite is the Mochamps Walk. Easily accessible, this hike offers incredible scenery in less than 10 kilometers. Don't hesitate to take a few minutes at the top of the Priesse Tower, you might be lucky enough to spot some deer in the distance.

Here you can find 6 hiking trails, more or less short, marked with differently colored signs. These trails traverse the different groups of trees (classified by geographical area) of the domain.

This splendid 14th-century castle is located in the Belgian Hautes-Fagnes, near Robertville. Our walk begins at the Robertville dam and its small blue and yellow fisherman's hut, which perfectly complements this autumnal landscape. We then venture into the undergrowth, where we can see the famous Reinhardstein Castle through the trees. The kilometers pass, and we descend into the Warche Valley. After a short stop at the Reinhardstein waterfall, we return to the castle and the soft evening light.
A must-see in the region that we loved during a beautiful Indian summer day 💛

For a short and accessible walk for everyone, we recommend visiting Lake Genval in the Walloon Brabant province. A hike of just over 2 kilometers along the water that allows you to discover the different parts of the lake shore. On one side, the small houses where you could easily spend a relaxing weekend reading a book in the sun, on the other, the brasseries and restaurants to stop for a crepe at the end of the walk.
We also find the Yacht Club for water sports enthusiasts, the famous Château du Lac for a relaxing stay, or the Siren of the Lake which reminds us of one of the capitals of Northern Europe.
